HOW TO NATURALLY GET SKINNER FACE %


# do facial exercises like - making an x and an o many times in a row until your cheeks get tired
# open your mouth as wide as you can for a few seconds and do that 30 times.
# chew gum, sugarfree if possible
# get more sleep!
# drink more water
# another effective facial exercise :
- tilt your head all the way back and push your chin forward, suck your cheeks in as much as possible, hold for 5 seconds, do this for about 10-15 times.

# but don't rely on facial exercises, you have to lose weight in your whole body for results to come into your face, i know everyone says this but just really try to cut back from the snacks you're bored and not even that hungry.
